Frames and Sunglasses

All of our frames and sunglasses carry a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, this certifies the authenticity of our products.To process a warranty claim, create a ticket via the helpdesk ticket system.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects under normal wear and tear conditions; such as paint flaws, metal discoloration, hinge breakage, etc. Every case is individually assessed by our lab.

In order to pre-validate you will need to provide a digital photo and submit it to the help desk ticket ID that was originally assigned to this claim. There is a $25 service fee applied to warranty claims to cover our costs of the repair or exchange.  We are not responsible for duties, brokerage fees, or return shipping expenses resulting from issues that are not a direct fault of ours. We will either repair or replace the product at the sole discretion of our lab.


All prescription lenses & custom non-prescription lenses come with a 1 year warranty. This warranty only applies to polycarbonate, trivex or hi-index lenses. It covers scratches under normal wear & tear, crazing of coatings, and peeling.

1.5 Index plastic lenses are not covered by this warranty due to the fragile nature of the material.

In the case of progressive lenses, if there is a non-adapt within 30 days of receiving the product, the lenses can be returned for either a replacement lens of the same brand, or store credit.

There will be a $25 service fee to cover our costs to honor the warranty.  We are not responsible for the duty or brokerage fees.

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses carry a manufacturer's warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. If a defect is discovered upon opening a contact lens factory sealed blister package, keep the product so that it can be returned to the manufacturer for further analysis.

The manufacturer has final say on whether the lens has a defect. In cases where the lens is deemed defective, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost. Lenses covered under warranty will be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription. We are unable to offer refunds on defective contact lenses.

Warranty issues are processed via the helpdesk ticket system. Upon creation of ticket and verification of the defect, we will replace the contact lens.
